Products and prices

All products prices are shown in product presentations. The prices of all products include VAT (23%), but no postage and shipping. VAT information is shown in the shopping cart and in order confirmation.

Payment

Orders can be paid using credit cards shown at the front page.

Shipping and Delivery fees

Orders are delivered by post and delivery fees are automatically added to the total sum of the order. Orders under 200 € the shipping fee is inside EU 12 Euros. Orders over 200 € are free of delivery fees inside EU. Other countries the shipping fee is basically 18,00 Euros, but with some articles which take a lot of room we may have to confirm the fee.

Delivery

We will ship your order as soon as possible, usually within few days after the order has been placed. If some of the items you have ordered are out of stock we will notify you immediately. Inside EU customer gets the good within one to three weeks.

Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value for EU countries is EUR 30.

Returns policy

All products can be returned within 7 days after you have received your order, with the precondition that the products are unused and their original product labels and price tags are in place. Customer will have to pay the postage.

Claims

If the delivered product is damaged on arrival you can return the product free of charge. In this case, we would ask you to notify us whether you wish to receive the same product or that we refund your order. In case of refund you should inform us your bank account where the refund will be delivered.

Guarantee & Warranty

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of Finland. We reserve the right to repair or replace defective goods. If the re-delivery is again defective or if the repair has been unsuccessful, the purchaser has the right to cancel the contract or demand a reduction in the price accordingly. For information regarding any vendor warranty, please refer to the respective product documentation.

Jurissdiction

All litigations will be processed by the laws of Finland in Rovaniemi Finland.
